• Provide virtual psychotherapy services to individuals dealing with mental health concerns related to substance abuse.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically designed for substance abuse recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical records, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health and available resources, empowering them to pursue recovery and wellness.
• Stay informed on the latest research in mental health and substance abuse therapy, integrating findings into practice to enhance treatment efficacy.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Serenity Now Counseling Center, you will work primarily with a diverse client population experiencing substance abuse issues and accompanying mental health challenges. This role involves engaging with individuals from various backgrounds—each with unique needs and experiences—thereby requiring a culturally sensitive and adaptive therapeutic approach.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience, particularly focusing on substance abuse therapy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based intervention techniques.
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

• Experience working in a remote clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Additional certifications related to substance abuse treatment or mental health therapies are a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. For part-time positions, salaries range from $50,000 to $70,000. In addition, our employees benefit from:
