As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at ATI Behavioral Institute, you will be entrusted with a variety of significant responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans based on best practices and a solution-focused approach.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.
• Maintaining accurate and timely progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care effectively, ensuring that all components of a client's treatment plan are cohesive and comprehensive.
• Participating in regular case consultations and team meetings to refine treatment strategies, share knowledge, and leverage peer support for improved patient outcomes.
• Providing educational resources to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community support services available to enhance their journey towards wellness.
• Staying informed about the latest industry research and integrating new findings into clinical practice to elevate the standard of care provided.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of patients, including adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma. Your work will significantly impact their lives as you develop treatment plans designed to empower clients, instill hope, and promote positive mental health. Given the complexity of the client base, your expertise and empathetic approach will be key to facilitating meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, particularly in delivering psychotherapy services in diverse settings.
• Proficient understanding and application of evidence-based psychotherapy techniques, with a focus on solution-oriented interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to think critically and adapt to varying client needs.
• Team-oriented mentality, thriving in collaborative environments.

• Experience working within a remote or virtual mental health setting.
• Familiarity with community resources and their application in client treatment.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary treatment teams.
