Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at ATI Behavioral Institute, you will be entrusted with a variety of significant responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans based on best practices and a solution-focused approach.
  • Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.

Qualifications
