• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings utilizing evidence-based methodologies to accurately identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality short-term individual counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to address clients' specific challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment issues.
• Lead therapy groups and workshops, fostering dynamic discussions on mental health topics and personal development among clients, underlining the importance of community and peer support.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical professionals, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing severe mental disorders, those seeking recovery from substance use, and at-risk populations. This role emphasizes culturally competent care, requiring sensitivity to the unique experiences and challenges faced by various individuals, including those from marginalized communities within Gloucester and surrounding areas.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with requisite educational qualifications including a Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field.
• Proven expertise in assessing and treating mental health issues, ideally within a community health or rehabilitation context.
