Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior Product Designer for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in a remote role.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape next-generation enterprise experiences for Project Catalyze within Adobe Experience Cloud. We seek a versatile and innovative designer who thinks holistically while paying close attention to detail throughout the design process - from problem definition to development and reiteration. You will work very closely with our partners across the entire organization in product management, engineering, and customer support to deliver solutions that have a direct and measurable impact on the business. Join forces with innovative designers to reimagine enterprise workflows and define how our AI transforms the future of the digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize and develop design solutions that will redefine how brands build, optimize, and personalize experiences to advance their objectives.
  • Tell compelling design stories through sketches, storyboards, andhigh-fidelity mock-ups.
  • Design, build, and test interactive prototypes to facilitate iterativedesigns.
  • Prototype and iterate rapidly, leveraging AI-assisted tools and vibe-coding techniques (e.g., using Cursor or similar) to accelerate designworkflows and bring ideas to life.
  • Ensure visual language and interaction patterns align with our design system.
  • Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, engineers,and researchers.
  • Be the voice of the user, balancing user requirements, clientobjectives, and reality

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in product design, building anddelivering consumer and/or enterprise products.
  • Ability to grasp the essence of complex design problems andtranslate them to practical design solutions using fundamental visualand interaction design principles.
  • Enduring curiosity with a track record of shipping outstandingexperiences that meet user needs, product requirements, andstrategic business objectives.
  • Experience working iteratively with an agile engineering and product team, with the ability to incorporate feedback to produce highly polished and professional finished experiences.? Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma
  • Experience with prototyping AI-assisted tools (e.g., using Cursor orsimilar)
  • Education: A degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field (HCI, interaction, visual), or comparable work experience.
