• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, developing tailored treatment plans using solution-focused frameworks and best practices.

• Administer therapeutic interventions including individual therapy sessions aimed at addressing underlying issues related to substance use and mental health.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, which supports the continuity of care across multiple platforms.

• Collaborate effectively with a team of professionals including psychologists, addiction specialists, and medical staff, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health and recovery processes, empowering them with knowledge and resources to support their journey.

Your primary focus will be on diverse patients dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, providing culturally sensitive care tailored to each person's unique experience. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland.
