• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Administer solution-based psychotherapy interventions, focusing on individual and group therapy to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Engage in collaborative case management with a multidisciplinary team, promoting coordinated care and enriching the overall service delivery.

You will work closely with a varied population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland is mandatory for this role.

• Exemplary communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
