• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients entering the detox program, developing individualized treatment plans based on their specific mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-based practices, to support clients throughout their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records that comply with state and federal regulations, ensuring secure documentation of treatment progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, and substance use disorder counselors to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality and share best practices with colleagues.

This role involves working with a diverse population of individuals seeking detoxification from substances. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
