• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health states and emotional needs through virtual consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that highlight client strengths and align with their goals for therapy, continuously adapting these plans based on client progress.
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress and adjustments in treatment plans as required, ensuring compliance with best practices and ethical standards.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and support strategies effectively.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Engage in continual education by participating in training sessions, team meetings, and webinars to enhance clinical skills and stay current with advancements in mental health treatment.

Our client population is diverse, ranging from children and adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have the unique opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each client while fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and growth.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to connect with clients empathetically.
• Commitment to professional ethics and guidelines governing mental health practices.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a remote, multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting. Experience in teletherapy or remote client management will be considered a significant advantage, as it aligns with our organization's operational model. Additional training in evidence-based therapies and crisis intervention is a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
