• Engage directly with clients, providing assessment and therapy services for individuals experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in remote settings and as needed in-community interventions.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to a variety of support services, ensuring effective communication among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
• Utilize evidence-based screening and assessment tools to gauge client needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly, prioritizing the unique circumstances of each individual.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and strategize on best practices, enhancing the overall treatment approach.
• Carry a manageable caseload, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients.
• Offer crisis intervention and emergency support as required, ensuring a proactive approach to client safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring timely completion of reports and adherence to data submission requirements.
• Assist in program development and quality improvement initiatives to elevate agency service delivery and outcomes.
• Provide on-call support during and after regular hours as assigned, demonstrating a commitment to client needs beyond standard operating hours.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients within a detox center framework, addressing a range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, substance use disorders, severe anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Your work will focus on providing compassionate care tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a sense of empowerment and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in Oregon.
• Expert knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, treatment methods, risk assessment, and crisis management relevant to mental health.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse client populations, enhancing client engagement and outcomes.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, vital for documenting interactions and collaborating with other providers.
• Competency in addressing age-related or specialty issues relevant to the populations served.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, particularly in settings serving individuals with complex mental health needs.
• Experience working within a detox or substance use recovery environment is highly advantageous.

The offered salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
