• Utilize a variety of automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continuously monitor client improvement and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document clinical interactions efficiently through our streamlined therapist portal, ensuring that all records are maintained in a timely manner while keeping paperwork to a minimum.
• Collaborate with the Therapy Leadership Team to seek support and engage in professional consultation as needed, enhancing your clinical skills and confidence.
• Conduct detailed assessments to formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5).
• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect best-practice guidelines, providing therapeutic counseling, education, and support tailored to each client’s needs.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy approaches throughout your sessions.
• Work alongside psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive care is delivered, fostering an integrated approach to each client’s treatment.
• Deliver consistent, evidence-based care through live video sessions, supporting individuals experiencing a range of emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Your role will focus on providing mental health services to a diverse adult population. You will engage with clients experiencing various emotional and psychological challenges, ensuring that each individual receives compassionate and personalized care. Your commitment to culturally responsive treatment will empower clients from different backgrounds to feel seen, heard, and supported in their journey toward healing.

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MSW, MFT, PsyD, PhD).
• Active independent licensure in the state of practice (LCSW, LMFT, LPC); holding multiple state licenses is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and an ability to diagnose and formulate treatment plans accordingly.
