Our client is a well-established technology integration and managed services organization specializing in enterprise security and connected infrastructure solutions. Their team is focused on delivering reliable service, technical excellence, and long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Resolve helpdesk tickets, provide troubleshooting, and ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Ticket & System Management: Maintain SLAs, oversee ticket lifecycles, and monitor remote systems for security and performance.
- Project Support: Assist in project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope and documentation.
- Risk & Communication: Act as an escalation point, conduct root cause analyses, and provide clear client communication.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor engineers, contribute to process improvements, and support cross-functional teams.
- Technical Experience: IT/security systems, scripting (PowerShell, Python), years managing client relationships.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Certifications & Tools (Preferred): Milestone XProtect, Access Control Systems, Veeam, AWS/Azure, RMM tools (Connectwise, Ninja, Zendesk), MCSA/MCSE, Axis, Fortinet.
