The Managed Print Services (MPS) Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new business opportunities through consultative selling and Managed Print Services (MPS) solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, deliver value-driven solutions, and help customers optimize their print environments while contributing to revenue growth.

What You Will Do:
  • Partner with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop new business.
  • Present Managed Print Services solutions to clients and prospects using a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage customer relationships by understanding business needs and recommending tailored print and workflow solutions.
  • Conduct onsite assessments, workflow analyses, and develop solution recommendations and proposals.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, customer outreach, and territory management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, proposals, and reports while achieving monthly sales goals.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively.
