Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to assess their financial needs and goals, providing personalized mortgage solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Educate clients about different mortgage products, rates, and terms, ensuring they understand their options.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately and promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate agents to facilitate the loan process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in mortgage lending or a related finance field.
  • Strong knowledge of various mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in using mortgage software and tools, and strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
