As part of our top-producing team, you'll be responsible for handling all aspects of the "contract to close" phase of the loan process.
Your strong eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills will be crucial in this position, as you will diligently gather information, field questions, and handle any last-minute changes so that mortgage applications race over the finish line.
Candidates should have a strong ability to prioritize and multitask without being micro-managed to meet multiple deadlines and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities
• Own the file from contract to closing with accuracy, speed, and a service-first mindset
• Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers, Realtors, LOs, and underwriters
• Manage a pipeline efficiently while meeting closing dates and compliance requirements
• Analyze and verify all income, assets, credit, insurance, VOEs, payoffs, tax transcripts, title, condos, and supporting documentation
• Update and maintain full transparency through the LOS
• Troubleshoot issues proactively and remove roadblocks before they become delays
• Ensure outstanding communication and a calm, positive borrower experience
• Work collaboratively with our team to deliver smooth, clean files with minimal conditions
Qualifications
5+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Deep understanding of lender model operations
• Strong working knowledge of loan structuring, AUS, credit, income, and assets
• Experience as a Senior Processor, LOA, Loan Partner, or Underwriter required
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multitask without sacrificing accuracy
• Calm, steady professional presence even during high-volume cycles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with Calyx Point or similar LOS software
