• Conduct remote individual therapy sessions utilizing our user-friendly online platform, enabling clients to receive care in a comfortable environment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients, taking into account their unique mental health needs and goals.
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of mental health service provision, reporting any significant concerns or risks in a timely manner.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients, including young adults, working professionals, and families. Your role will play an essential part in helping these clients navigate their mental health journeys by providing empathetic support, evidence-based strategies, and consistent encouragement as they work towards their therapeutic goals.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• Current, active state licensure in Massachusetts as a mental health therapist (e.g., LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Proficiency in conducting individual therapy sessions through virtual platforms and a strong comfort level with technology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to establish rapport with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently, exercise professional judgment, and contribute positively to a remote team environment.

• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and other clinical documentation software.
