Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with patients to encourage openness and engagement.
• Diagnose a range of mental health disorders, employing both clinical judgment and evidence-based approaches.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals and couples, utilizing therapeutic modalities suited to their specific conditions.
• Monitor and conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide psychoeducation, guidance, and support to clients, encouraging them to implement healthy lifestyle choices and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with clients grappling with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The demographic spans individuals, couples, and families, with each client's journey to wellness being uniquely influenced by their background and circumstances. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet diverse client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to foster client motivation and engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, particularly with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote counseling best practices.
• A background in trauma-informed care approaches is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
