Job Description

The Account Executiveย manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting andย leadย generation through negotiations and closing,ย toย drive new business and revenue growth. They work closely with Account Managers toย identifyย and pursue upsell opportunities while ensuring a smooth transition for ongoing account support. This role typically oversees a portfolio of small to medium sized client accounts, buildingย relationships,ย and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.ย 

What You'll Do

  • Manage relationships with clients and lead efforts to grow revenue and increase sales (current & new products)ย ย 
  • Engage withย and deliver quotes toย new clients by phone and emailย ย 
  • Grow company by closing new leads that come in each monthย ย 
  • Re-engage older clients that may no longer work with Inhabitย ย 
  • Engage with software provider account managers so they continue to send us new leadsย ย 
  • Perform online demos for new potential clientsย ย 
  • Utilize marketing skills via new mediums like LinkedIn,ย Facebookย or Instagramย ย 
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitorsย ย 
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demandย ย 
  • Contribute to team effort byย accomplishingย related results as neededย ย 
  • Create reports to analyze data and present to managementย 
  • Log and track all activity on CRM software

Experience and Education Requirementsย ย 

  • Associateโ€™s degreeย required,ย Bachelorโ€™sย degree is preferredย 
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales preferably in the property management or vacation rental industryย ย 
  • Excellent communication skills including fundamental presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately to influence othersย ย 
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to give online demos andย showcaseย the Inhabitย platformย 
  • Provenย track recordย of sales achievement with an aggressive drive to achieve high targets; results orientedย ย 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-makingย ย 
  • Accountability and commitment to excellenceย ย 
  • Energetic phone presence and excellent active listening skillsย ย 
  • Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to influence external/internal stakeholdersย ย
