Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and backgrounds.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide compassionate individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress.
• Monitor clients’ progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with them to enhance care and outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and external support services to offer holistic care that meets the diverse needs of clients.
• Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards in your practice, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Omni Care Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families. Our clients often face challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate these issues, enhancing their resilience, and guiding them toward effective coping strategies and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure is essential, with acceptable credentials including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy services in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficient ability to work independently, yet willing to collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Prior experience in remote therapy delivery and familiarity with virtual communication tools and platforms.
• Ability to engage with diverse populations and cultural competencies that enhance therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000 annually.
