Job description

Background

Movn Health is hiring a Part-Time Patient Enrollment Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for patients to a new and improved quality of life. By serving as an inside sales representative, you will educate patients about the benefits of cardiac rehab and the Movn Health program and act as the door to healthier hearts for those interested in joining our program. Ideal candidates are those who can combine a passion for sales with background in Exercise Physiology, clinical knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Own, manage, convert, and enroll an assigned referral base of potential patients
  • Make outbound calls to prospective patients to explain details about the program and enroll patients in Movn Health's cardiac rehab program
  • Serve as the first point of contact for individuals who come to us by way of referral
  • Ensuring that the patient receives a detailed explanation of Movn Health's services and benefits
  • Handle questioning and feedback within each encounter to those who are interested in enrolling
  • Work to ensure the efficient scheduling of patient appointments
  • Perform insurance verification as required to navigate patient questions related to coverage
  • Leverage internal teams to answer patient questions and resolve issues thoroughly
  • Work with Movn's clinical staff and staff at referring physician offices to improve operational processes
  • Set up Movn patient-facing app as needed
  • Work within Movn's EHR to coordinate care for patient

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales B2C role or a patient scheduling/enrollment role at a physician practice
  • 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction
  • Ability to track and report on a key metric or several key metrics that define your success
  • Background in Exercise Physiology
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
