As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Life Sync, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that directly impact the development and well-being of children. Your duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each child and family.
• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each family has a customized plan that reflects their priorities and concerns.
• Monitoring outcomes and strategies as part of a collaborative team, continuously evaluating the effectiveness of services provided.
• Providing direct support to families by sharing information, skills, and evidence-based strategies, enhancing their understanding of their child’s developmental milestones.
• Utilizing coaching models and approaches that respect individual learning styles to engage children effectively in natural learning environments.
• Adhering to all relevant federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance while delivering quality care.

The focus of this position is on young children, specifically those identified as having disabilities or developmental delays. Candidates for this role must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license for potential travel to clients' locations.
