• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring the creation of personalized, client-centered treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services via secure virtual platforms, adapting approaches to effectively meet each client’s individual circumstances and preferences.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Employ a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused strategies, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and session notes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards for mental health practice.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering an effective therapeutic relationship with clients in a remote setting.
• An ability to exhibit empathy and compassion towards clients' experiences and challenges, promoting an atmosphere of trust and openness.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to efficiently handle therapy sessions and administrative tasks remotely.

• At least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, including familiarity with the technology utilized in remote counseling.
• Experience in working with a specific population of interest (e.g., children, adolescents, couples, or specific mental health conditions) is a plus.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000–104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
