Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse client populations.
  • Manage case assessment and treatment planning for clients referred to the outpatient setting, ensuring that all interventions are based on best practices in mental health care.
  • Utilize a specialized billing service to handle claims, client accounts, and insurance receivable tasks, allowing you to focus on clinical responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and therapeutic progress, supporting compliance with state regulations and enhancing treatment outcomes.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments with clients, maintain an organized calendar, and offer timely reminders for all sessions to ensure continuity of care.
  • Exhibit adaptability by effectively working with a range of clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will serve a wide range of clients including youth, adults, and families struggling with mental health challenges and substance use issues.
