• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gather nuanced insights into clients' mental health needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, articulating specific, measurable goals and tailored interventions aligned with each client's unique circumstances.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
