This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapy from any location while collaborating with our more extensive team. However, as part of our organization, you may have the opportunity to interact with peers in our outpatient office setting as needed. • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that encompass goals, interventions, and expected progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated client care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment effectiveness, and interactions while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Provide clients with appropriate referrals to additional support services, community resources, or specialized care when needed.

Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults and families experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will engage with diverse backgrounds and cultures, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in your therapeutic approach. Your ability to establish trust and rapport with clients will be essential in facilitating their growth and progress.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Active licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy within an outpatient setting is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and various therapeutic modalities is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in working with children and adolescents, with an understanding of developmental psychology.
• Experience in group therapy settings, leading workshops or programs to enhance mental health awareness.
• Prior involvement in community outreach initiatives or mental health education programs.

The position offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
