As a remote position, you will be part of our dynamic telehealth team based in Corona, California. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work environment, allowing for a comfortable and productive setting. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Engage with clients to establish personalized mental health goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Provide emotional support and immediate crisis intervention when necessary, deploying strategies to manage distress.
• Maintain thorough, compliant, and accurate client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring consistency in documentation and client confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to collaborative problem-solving, and share insights on client progress and treatment strategies.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our inclusive approach ensures that we cater to clients from various backgrounds, recognizing their unique circumstances and striving to meet their specific needs through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Active California license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in therapy or mental health counseling, demonstrating the ability to effectively support and guide clients.
• A passion for providing compassionate, client-focused care that fosters trust and encourages openness.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery models.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Proficiency in implementing case management practices and collaborating with other healthcare providers to enhance client care.
