Therapists at Tranquil Pathways will work with adult clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients effectively.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy, along with a non-judgmental attitude towards client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management capabilities are essential for balancing caseload and administrative requirements.
• No history of disciplinary actions on any professional boards.

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote therapy setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, and online therapy platforms is a plus to facilitate seamless client management and documentation.
• Experience working with a variety of mental health concerns, particularly in outpatient settings.
