The workweek is structured from Monday to Friday, with core hours of 9 AM to 5 PM. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure video chat systems to ensure confidentiality and safety for all clients.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment methods tailored specifically to address the individual needs of each client, employing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other therapeutic modalities.
• Develop personalized therapy plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique goals, challenges, and preferences.
• Empower clients by supporting them in building effective coping strategies and enhancing their self-awareness, thereby promoting healthier lifestyles.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to reflect any changes in their needs or circumstances.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele seeking mental health support for various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and adjustment disorders. By fostering therapeutic relationships based on trust and shared goals, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward their personal growth and mental health recovery.

To successfully fulfill the duties of this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW without any practice restrictions.
• A demonstrated ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and maintain self-discipline in a remote environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid understanding of various therapeutic techniques suitable for a wide range of clients.
• Proficiency with digital tools and virtual therapy platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your clients.

While a minimum of two years of experience as a mental health counselor is required, additional experience in teletherapy or addiction counseling may enhance your application. Familiarization with contemporary mental health trends and participation in ongoing education will also be beneficial in this role.
