The detox center serves a unique client population, providing specialized services for young children dealing with substance exposure and related developmental challenges. Our remote model is designed to support employees in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while addressing the needs of these children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt intervention strategies to meet the unique learning styles and needs of each child, tailoring approaches in line with individualized treatment plans.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on supporting young children from birth to three years old who are facing developmental delays, particularly those affected by substance exposure through their familiesโ€™ detoxification processes. You will play a critical role not only in assessing and monitoring these children but also in equipping their families with the resources and support necessary for positive outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) approved by the Department of Public Health.
  • A valid driverโ€™s license is necessary for potential in-home visits.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children in early intervention settings, ideally with at least one year of relevant clinical experience.
  • Strong commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and the ability to integrate these methodologies in everyday interactions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to balance case loads effectively.
  • Strong communication abilities that promote collaboration with families and team members.
  • Bilingual proficiency is encouraged to better serve a diverse clientele.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a detox or substance use treatment setting will be a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices in early childhood development and intervention.
  • Prior involvement in community outreach and educational initiatives focusing on family support systems.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, reflecting the value and expertise you bring to our team. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Opportunities for Profit Sharing based on company performance.
  • Employee discounts with various vendors.
  • Access to Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare expenses.
  • Tuition reimbursement to support ongoing education and professional development.
  • Flexible schedules that cater to your lifestyle.
