• Develop and implement Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their mental health care.
• Assist therapists in evaluating Psychometric assessments by scoring and interpreting results, aiding in the precise understanding of clients’ mental health challenges.
• Conduct supervision sessions in partnership with site supervisors to review treatment processes and enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain organized and accurate client records, both electronically and in writing, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and coordinate care with external agencies.
• Prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes and relevant research, staying informed about recent developments in mental health practices.
• Coordinate outreach efforts with partner agencies and community resources to provide holistic support to clients beyond clinical settings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in seminars, research initiatives, and small group discussions.
• Create detailed case notes and assessments to document client progress and inform future therapeutic strategies.

The clients you will serve encompass a broad spectrum of ages, backgrounds, and presenting concerns. This role demands not only clinical expertise but also cultural sensitivity and dedication to diversity in treatment approaches. You will work with individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues, emphasizing your ability to build trust and rapport.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in accordance with Washington state regulations.
• Proven clinical skills with a strong ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from varying backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathetic interaction.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote counseling effectively.
• Background in collaborative care models and integration with multidisciplinary teams.
