• Engage with clients through secure video chat platforms, providing ethical and compassionate mental health counseling tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct regular assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate the development of coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills, empowering clients to manage their mental health.

The clients served in this role primarily include stable adults who present with low-acuity mental health concerns. These individuals may face challenges such as mild anxiety, stress management, and relationship issues. Counselors will provide supportive interventions that promote personal growth and resilience.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a current, unrestricted license in one or more of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.
• Independent licensure is essential, with the capability to offer services without supervisory requirements.
• Candidates should have a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with computer literacy, are vital for this role.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection is necessary for remote counseling sessions.

• Experience working with diverse populations in various settings is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital tools for effective counseling delivery.
• Background in crisis intervention or experience with low-acuity clientele would be beneficial.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
