• Conduct thorough behavioral health assessments for all new patients, identifying individualized needs and treatment options.
• Develop, implement, and manage treatment plans addressing the psychiatric, psychosocial, physical health, and behavioral needs of patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the specific challenges facing each client.
• Collaborate with external treatment facilities or specialists when care coordination is necessary, ensuring a comprehensive support system for patients.

• A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• An active and fully licensed LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC credential in the state of Washington is essential for this role.
• A minimum of two years of experience working within a collaborative team environment in behavioral health or substance use treatment is necessary.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditions and a proven ability to engage clients in meaningful therapeutic relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills complemented by robust active listening abilities, with a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.
