• Conduct engaging teletherapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, often addressing complex mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma.
• Thoroughly assess clients’ needs and historical context to formulate personalized treatment plans that are adaptable and goal-oriented.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities tailored to each client, monitoring progress and making adjustments as required.
• Document each session with accuracy and confidentiality, maintaining comprehensive electronic client records that comply with ethical and legal standards.

The clients served at Top Core Psychotherapy Center represent diverse backgrounds and experiences, including individuals dealing with substance use disorders in our detox center setting. • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland.

• Prior experience providing teletherapy services is highly preferred, enabling you to adapt quickly to the remote working model.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and continual professional development, ensuring that you remain abreast of best practices in the field.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and recording software to enhance communication and maintain client confidentiality.
