In this role, you will primarily serve individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including survivors of abuse, accidents, and combat-related incidents. Our patients often present with symptoms of PTSD, complex trauma, and various dissociative disorders. This position requires a deep understanding of traumaโ€™s emotional and psychological impacts and a commitment to fostering resilience among our clients.

  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred, although new graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment modalities.
  • Practical experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, embodying a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.
  • A capacity to maintain composure in high-stress situations while providing effective support.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and digital communication tools.
  • A collaborative spirit and a team-oriented mindset to work effectively within a multidisciplinary setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in crisis intervention and working with diverse populations.
  • Background in developing and leading therapeutic groups focused on trauma recovery.
