About PerformCB

PerformCB is an AI-powered performance marketing platform connecting top-tier advertisers with a curated network of publisher and supply partners across In-App, Social, CTV, and Native channels. Backed by Beringer Capital, we are evolving from an outcome-based marketing channel into a predictive, data-driven platform delivering measurable results for recognized brands in Financial Services, Fintech, eCommerce, and Health & Wellness. Our proprietary AI engines drive meaningful incremental net revenue for our clients and provides necessary campaign and consumer intelligence to our partners.

The Role

The Executive Vice President of Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling PerformCB's supply-side ecosystem. This leader will own the strategy for partner growth, manage and develop our existing partner-facing team (including the Partner Development Team), and drive the channel diversification and productive partner depth required to unlock budget capacity across our top marketer relationships.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct access to executive leadership and meaningful influence over the trajectory of the business. The ideal candidate is a builder, someone with deep roots in the affiliate and mobile performance ecosystem who sees an underdeveloped supply base not as a problem to manage but as the single biggest lever for revenue growth.

We are actively recruiting from leading affiliate and performance marketing organizations including AppsFlyer, Impact.com, Acceleration Partners, AppLovin, Moloco, Everflow, QuinStreet, and comparable platforms and performance and affiliate agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Network Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand PerformCB's publisher and supply partner network across all channels, with a near-term focus on filling supply gaps and maximizing budget utilization across priority marketer accounts
  • Lead proactive outbound prospecting and business development to bring in high-quality, scalable partners
  • Drive channel diversification with particular focus on CTV, mobile including Android and iOS, Programmatic, Native, and emerging inventory sources including NIL and non-athlete creator platforms
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partner prospects, including targeted outreach to high-volume whale partners, agencies, LLMs, publishers, inclusive of influencers driving affiliate sales.

Partner Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Own and evolve structured programs that grow partner contribution over time, with clear focus on converting new signups into productive, revenue-generating relationships
  • Define clear partner tiers with associated development pathways, ensuring partners have the support and resources to grow
  • Manage Partner Managers to create a culture of proactive development rather than reactive account management
  • Identify and accelerate high-potential partners into strategic relationships

Supply-Demand Optimization

  • Partner cross-functionally with growth managers and operations to ensure supply capacity is matched to advertiser demand
  • Build systems and processes that maximize inventory utilization and campaign delivery across key accounts
  • Use data and analytics including AI-powered tools like PerformBoost and automated campaign recommendation engines to identify supply gaps and mobilize partner resources to address them efficiently

Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and inspire the partner-facing organization including Partner Managers and the Partner Development Team (PDT), and support near-term team expansion as the business scales
  • Set clear performance expectations, build accountability structures, and foster a high-performance team culture
  • Define the long-term organizational design for partnership functions, including onboarding and partner success
  • Recruit top talent as the team scales

Executive Presence & Strategic Contribution

  • Serve as the senior voice of the supply-side business internally and externally
  • Represent PerformCB at industry events and in key partner negotiations
  • Contribute market intelligence on publisher trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging channel opportunities
  • Report to the CEO with regular visibility to PE ownership on partnership strategy and performance

Qualifications

Required

  • 12+ years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, publisher partnerships, or programmatic supply-side roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner networks not just managing them
  • Experience leading partner-facing teams with a record of developing people and improving performance
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising channels including In-App, Social, CTV, and/or Native
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to drive strategy and measure outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at all levels, including executive and board audiences

Preferred

  • Prior experience at a performance network, affiliate platform, DSP, SSP, or mobile measurement partner—including companies such as Kochava, AppsFlyer, Acceleration Partners, Moloco, Digital Turbine, ironSource, or comparable platforms
  • Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment with structured KPI accountability
  • Existing publisher and partner relationships across Financial Services, Lead Gen, Fintech, Health & Wellness, Lifestyle & Entertainment or eCommerce verticals
  • Experience building partner onboarding or development functions from the ground up

Why PerformCB

  • Executive-level scope with direct access to the CEO and PE ownership from day one
  • A platform with proven advertiser demand and live AI revenue engines already driving incremental results a strong and differentiated foundation to build on
  • Backed by Beringer Capital with the resources and commitment to invest in growth
  • An opportunity to shape the supply-side strategy of a scaling business and leave a visible, lasting mark
  • Collaborative leadership team that values ownership, intellectual honesty, and results
