Scope of Responsibility

The a National Channel Manager role, the scope of responsibility centers on establishing the strategic direction and long-term business plan for the commercial water treatment channel while driving sustainable growth and market expansion. This position operates in a highly complex environment, requiring the ability to evaluate market opportunities, align resources, and make decisions that support organizational objectives. The National Channel Manager is responsible for building and scaling the team in accordance with the company's growth strategy, ensuring the organization has the capabilities needed to meet evolving customer and market demands. Additionally, the role serves as a key connector across multiple business units within the commercial water treatment space, fostering collaboration, alignment, and execution to deliver integrated solutions and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
  • 5+ years' previous work experience
  • Industrial and/or Commercial experience, with focus on commercial specification
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Experience in sales or new business development with a focus on engineering services, industrial applications, manufacturing, driving specifications and operations.
  • Experience implementing professional service business models in hi-tech industries.
  • Strong skills in business development, account management and sales process.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products is required. Experience in a CRM platform.
  • Travel requirement: Up to 50%
