Enfolding Arms Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our outpatient clinic, providing mental health services primarily in a remote setting. This position is designed for a remote work environment, aiming to facilitate optimal flexibility for both our clients and staff. While the majority of client interactions will occur virtually, there may be specific instances where collaboration with other health professionals or in-clinic work is required. The role may entail working evenings or weekends to accommodate clients’ scheduling needs, reflecting our commitment to accessibility and support.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide clients toward better mental health.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, regularly evaluating progress towards clinical objectives and adapting strategies as necessary to enhance client outcomes.
• Effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social work professionals, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive, integrated care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, employing techniques that de-escalate crisis situations and promote safety.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and program activities, adhering to ethical and legal standards in record-keeping.
• Engage in continued education and professional development, staying informed about the latest research and emerging trends in mental health and social work.

The clientele at Enfolding Arms encompasses a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Many clients may be navigating critical life transitions, such as relationship changes, grief, or recovery from traumatic experiences. Our center is dedicated to serving all members of the community with sensitivity to cultural, social, and economic factors affecting mental health.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid state license to practice clinical social work (LCSW).
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Proficient in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

• Experience in clinical social work or a related mental health field is preferred.
• Training or experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
