• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify family dynamics, individual requirements, and treatment goals for clients seeking therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and other relevant modalities.
• Guide clients through therapeutic interventions, including conflict resolution, communication skills development, and emotional processing.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions, helping clients to improve their relational dynamics while providing a safe and supportive environment to address difficult issues.
• Regularly monitor client progress, documenting sessions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support for clients in distress, employing a nuanced understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, ensuring comprehensive care and continuity for clients.

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of patients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited university.
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Colorado, valid to provide therapeutic services.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with couples and families, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills and results.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic models, including but not limited to CBT, solution-focused therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with peer professionals.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to maintain thorough client documentation.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach that prioritizes the emotional well-being of clients.

• Experience working in remote therapeutic settings, successfully managing a diverse caseload independently.
• Familiarity with specialized populations such as LGBTQ+ families, military families, or those dealing with addiction and recovery.
• History of participation in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and seminars related to family therapy.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
