This remote position allows our LICSWs to engage with students and their families from the comfort of their homes, utilizing teletherapy tools and methodologies to deliver high-quality care. • Conduct virtual psychosocial evaluations to comprehensively understand each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and resilience.
• Work closely with teachers, school counselors, and parents to design and implement tailored treatment plans that support students’ mental health and academic performance.
• Advocate for students’ rights and access to necessary resources, facilitating connections to community services as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in clinical social work and mental health care.

Your primary focus will be on high school and middle school students facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By working in a school setting, you will have the opportunity to create a significant impact on the lives of these young individuals, guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms and emotional resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, particularly in educational or pediatric settings.
• Expertise in diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and familiarity with interventions tailored to children and adolescents.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in all professional interactions.

• Experience working directly within school systems or community-based programs focused on youth mental health.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and mental health documentation software.
• Knowledge of local community resources and services relevant to the client demographic.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
