Job description

The Sales Operations Analyst 2 exercises judgment when following general instructions and works with minimal instruction to prioritize work and meet deadlines. The role supports routine and semi-routine sales operations activities, focusing on resolving data inconsistencies and maintaining operational reporting accuracy. The role includes developing and delivering standard sales performance reports, supporting sales pipeline management, and providing data-driven insights to internal stakeholders, using both traditional style tools as well as AI-powered tools to identify trends, build forecasts and models, and offer insights to optimize sales performance.
Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.

  • Create and deliver standard sales performance reports and conduct initial variance analysis on sales and booking data.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools as needed to analyze complex datasets, and provide insights.
  • Manage routine and semi-routine sales forecasting and sales pipeline processes.
  • Monitor and maintain sales automation systems to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and communicate key performance indicators and trends to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and respond to routine and semi-routine analytical requests.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of data-driven presentations to support Sales Leaders' decisions.
The salary range for this position is $30.88 - $47.84. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity.
