Description
The Project Supervisor is responsible for accomplishing multiple project objectives by planning, coordinating, and evaluating project activities. This position often manages multiple initiatives and/or employees to complete required objectives. (This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.)
Essential Position Functions:
  • Manage two or more specific project initiatives/objectives simultaneously. Provide overall direction and administration of his/her project-based operation(s).
  • Coordinate efforts, under the direction of the Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager for project completion by predetermined deadline.
  • Serve as the "point of contact" and liaison amongst stakeholders.
  • Assist the Project Manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFPs, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
  • Attend and support Project Manager and/or attend individually and represent TrueNet at client meetings.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Review, report and track the revenue cycle for assigned projects.
  • Work with internal resources, along with external contractors to complete project initiatives.
  • Ensure that all project assignments are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Prepare and complete action plans to implement production and productivity on assigned project initiatives.
  • Track and report initiative and/or objective progress on a weekly basis.
  • Supervision of project team members while performing assigned project tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's/ Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of industry related experience required.
  • 3+ years' project coordinator experience required. 5+ years' experience as a Sr. Administrative Assistant may be substituted.
  • Experience with a major MSO or Telecom provider preferred.
  • Working knowledge of relevant, project related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Intermediate to Expert ability with Windows operating systems.
  • Expert level ability with Microsoft office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must be able to work alone, and with a team.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
