Job Description- Microsoft Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, platform governance, and implementation, helping the organization stay ahead of Microsoft’s evolving ecosystem.

  • Assess and analyze the current M365 environment
  • Track Microsoft roadmap updates and evaluate impact
  • Partner with architects and platform teams to enable new features (Teams, Entra ID, Intune, etc.)
  • Provide recommendations on rollout, usage, and platform standards
  • Help drive adoption, alignment, and consistency across tools

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience across Microsoft 365 (Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, etc.)
  • Experience in enterprise environments with cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to translate new features into actionable rollout plans
  • Comfortable working with architects, security teams, and platform owners
  • Familiarity with M365 roadmap / Message Center is a big plus
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.00/hr.
