Job Title: Systems Administrator

Location: Sturgis, MI (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator with expertise in Azure and Office 365 to join a growing IT team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing the cloud infrastructure and ensuring the efficient operation of Microsoft cloud services. If you have a strong background in Azure and Office 365 administration and a passion for solving complex technical challenges, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Azure cloud services, including VMs, storage accounts, Azure AD, and networking components.
  • Monitor Azure resources for performance, availability, and security compliance.
  • Implement and manage Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Administer Azure Active Directory, including user and group management, conditional access policies, and identity protection.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to design and implement Azure solutions that meet business needs and scalability requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure and Office 365 services.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance policies within Azure and Office 365 environments.
  • Plan and execute Azure migrations and integrations with on-premises systems or other cloud platforms.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role with a strong focus on Azure and Office 365 administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure services and architecture, including VMs, networking, Azure AD, and security features.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Familiarity with Intune is a nice plus.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
