For a Utility Electric Transmission and Distribution (regulated industry), we’re seeking a Microsoft Copilot Solution Architect with strong expertise in M365, SharePoint, and OneDrive to implement a private co-pilot version (regulated industry), design and deliver AI-driven workplace solutions. This role combines technical architecture, governance, and business consulting to help the client maximize the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
 
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Copilot for M365 architectures and integrations
Assess environments for Copilot readiness (content, security, governance)
Architect solutions across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
Ensure security and compliance alignment
Lead stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into Copilot use cases
 
Requirements
7+ years in Microsoft 365 architecture
Deep knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
Hands-on experience enabling Copilot
Strong understanding of M365 security, governance
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
