• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Implement and adapt interventions creatively to meet clients' evolving needs, ensuring their goals are achieved and exceeded.
• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and therapy outcomes in compliance with company policies, including initial assessments and case notes.
• Deliver direct clinical services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client interactions each week to facilitate a balanced and fulfilling work-life integration.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, educational personnel, and healthcare providers, to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health resources and cultivate partnerships that benefit our clientele.
• Respond promptly to communications from the Clinical Director and participate actively in meetings and training sessions.
• Uphold professional boundaries and ethical standards while fostering a supportive environment for clients.

The target demographic for this position includes students from diverse backgrounds, as well as their families. You will address a wide array of mental health concerns, helping to bridge gaps in care and ensuring that every client receives the personalized attention they deserve. • Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.
• Proficiency in documenting services, creating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate case notes.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse client base, considering the unique cultural and social factors impacting their mental health.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Experience in a school or educational setting is a strong plus, with an understanding of how mental health impacts academic performance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, enhancing efficiency in communication and documentation.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
