The Modern Work Concierge plays a pivotal role in educating clients about the latest updates and features within the Microsoft ecosystem. This includes conducting training sessions, facilitating workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure clients can fully leverage the tools at their disposal. The position also involves participating in proactive operational review of client environments to identify potential areas for improvement and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Furthermore, the Modern Work Concierge is expected to stay current with industry trends and best practices, participating in continuous learning opportunities and professional development. By doing so, they can offer informed guidance and innovative strategies that anticipate future challenges and opportunities. What you'll be doing.

  • Educate customers on solutions and best practices to increase service value and drive an increase in monthly average users.
  • Interface with the SilverSky Service Desk to ensure that client needs are being adequately met.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Account Management organization to identify revenue opportunities through upsell of new services and internal cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with other divisions within SilverSky and act as a Client Zero Modern Work Champion.
  • Provide feedback on internal processes and best practices to continually improve customer experience.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of SilverSky's MWIS services and understand upcoming technologies that relate to these services.
  • Assist with the configuration, and support of Entra ID, Teams, the Office suite and other SilverSky & Microsoft Modern Work Solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on licensing for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform, ensuring clients maximize their investments and comply with licensing agreements.
  • Participate in regular reviews and audits of client environments to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure clients receive personalized attention and support, even for issues outside the scope of Modern Work & Identity Security.

What does it take to succeed in this role?

  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and task management skills.
  • Familiarity with SilverSky's recurring and consulting services such as:
    • Managed Modern Work
    • Secure Copilot
    • Managed Microsoft MxDR
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform licensing and best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the operational loop.

What are desirables?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling and supporting complex Modern Work solutions, providing project management, or a degree in business or IT, or the international equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 & Azure is required.
  • Experience with Power Platform desired

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position based in the United States. Candidates must be available to work onsite as required.
