Micro Precision Counseling Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnosis, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and ensure the completion of ongoing documentation including treatment reviews and case notes in compliance with company policies.
• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, delivering individual, family, and group therapy services while adjusting approaches to meet unique client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care, enhance service delivery, and support clients in overcoming barriers to mental health.
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions that resonate with clients, encouraging them to achieve and surpass their mental health goals.
• Attend to all requisite documentation for each session, ensuring adherence to established clinical guidelines.
• Facilitate communication between relevant parties such as case managers, family members, medical personnel, and school staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Micro Precision Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges and life transitions. You will play a vital role in not only addressing individual concerns but also fostering holistic family therapy approaches that strengthen the familial unit and promote resilience in the face of adversity.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the creation of detailed assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and engagement with clients.
• A commitment to serving a diverse clientele and sensitivity to varying cultural backgrounds.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in various therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with community resources and fee collection protocols during service delivery.
• Previous experience with mental health documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, is highly valued.
• Comfort in leveraging technology for telehealth services is considered a strong asset.

• The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
