The role of LMFT is designed to be remote, allowing flexibility and comfort as you deliver essential therapeutic services. You will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team that includes other mental health professionals, social workers, and administrative staff dedicated to offering comprehensive care to our clients. • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify emotional and relational challenges and develop customized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and values.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy, to empower clients and encourage positive change.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a diverse team of professionals to enhance client care and improve treatment outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with best practices in family therapy and mental health.

You will be working primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our clients may present with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and familial conflicts. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• An active and valid LMFT license in the state of California.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage client caseload and documentation efficiently.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy, especially to diverse populations.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for delivering remote therapy services.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and approaches to foster client engagement and empowerment.
