The Mending Within Family Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients from around Orange, California, and beyond. In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies that align with client needs.
• Assessing clients' mental health and relational challenges to craft personalized treatment plans that drive effective outcomes.
• Implementing therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or family systems therapy, to help clients overcome emotional struggles.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress while celebrating milestones to foster motivation.
• Active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide holistic client care.
• Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to ensure clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.

Your work will primarily focus on helping a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive environment that respects cultural differences and adapts therapeutic approaches accordingly. By building strong therapeutic alliances, you will play a crucial role in facilitating healing and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active LMFT license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong background in family and marriage therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills, along with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage client caseloads, documentation, and therapy schedules effectively.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of presenting issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual therapy delivery methods.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings that provide therapy and counseling services.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
