• Conduct thorough intakes and needs assessments through interviews, observations, and discussions to identify each client’s unique therapeutic requirements.
• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans that effectively address the mental health challenges faced by clients, all while utilizing evidence-based strategies and methodologies.
• Provide direct clinical care to a diverse clientele, focusing on solution-focused therapy methods that facilitate healing and personal growth.
• Document clinical notes meticulously according to facility and licensing standards, ensuring all patient records are current and compliant.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and children. Our clientele often present challenges that require sensitivity and adaptability, including but not limited to relationship issues, trauma, and mental health disorders. Your role as a therapist will be instrumental in fostering resilience, improving communication, and empowering clients to take charge of their healing journeys.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential by the state of California.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapeutic services in diverse settings, including individual and group therapy.
• Proven ability to empathize with clients, offering a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment conducive to healing.
• Expertise in assessing and diagnosing mental health disorders, as well as formulating and implementing effective treatment plans.
