• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health challenges and determine appropriate treatment modalities.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that address each client's unique concerns and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that are grounded in evidence-based practices, making use of various therapeutic methodologies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide holistic care that addresses both psychological and emotional aspects of clients’ lives.
• Engage and support clients' families throughout the healing process, educating them on mental health issues and treatment options.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with applicable legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach in working with clients from various backgrounds.
• Solid organizational skills and the capacity to manage a varied workload effectively, ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting, particularly with clients dealing with marriage and family issues.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic frameworks and the ability to adapt treatment methodologies to meet individual client needs.
