• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans that address clients' unique situations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting methods to suit specific client needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to promote effective strategies for mental health improvement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family issues. Our clinic supports individuals from different backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive approach to therapy that respects and acknowledges each person's uniqueness and life experiences.

• A Master's Degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical counseling services.
• Strong understanding of legal regulations and ethical guidelines governing counseling practice.

While not mandatory, candidates with specialized experience in areas such as trauma, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples therapy will be strongly considered.
