As a Remote LMFT, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
• Developing individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs, goals, and experiences of each client.
• Facilitating evidence-based therapy sessions—both individual and group—focusing on enhancing coping strategies, communication skills, and overall well-being.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of mental health professionals to deliver holistic care, which may include psychiatric interventions and case management services.
• Providing education and support to clients' families to involve them in the therapeutic process, fostering a comprehensive understanding of mental health issues.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential clinical records, respecting regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including relationship dynamics, communication issues, and family conflicts. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude, allowing you to support clients through their varied experiences and struggles.

While not required, candidates with experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities specific to family and marriage counseling, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques will also enhance your application.
